Despite our efforts with the building management over the past year, the parking situation remains unresolved. To ensure that you continue to enjoy the best possible service and convenience, we're delighted to offer GTA local delivery services.

🚚 FREE Standard Delivery 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. (Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Richmond Hill, Markham, Vaughan, Thornhill, Aurora, King City, Newmarket, Stouffville, Mississauga, Brampton and Oakville). Delivery time between 5 P.M. to 9 P.M. (EST). (No Deliveries on Mondays). If you need the cake in the morning or early afternoon, please schedule the delivery for the night before your event.

Applicable when orders are less than $80. FREE Shipping for orders over $80. Delivery time between 2 P.M. to 5 P.M. (EST). (No Deliveries on Mondays)

🚀 $20 Express Morning Delivery (Only available for Richmond Hill, Markham, Vaughan, Thornhill, Aurora, King City, Newmarket and Stouffville). Delivery time between 9 A.M. to 12 P.M. (EST). (No Deliveries on Mondays).

Please note: Our Richmond Hill store will NO LONGER facilitate in-store pickups. Instead, it will transform into a dedicated commercial kitchen focused solely on crafting delicious cake products. When placing your orders, simply select your preferred delivery option at checkout, and leave the rest to us!

Please note that in-store pickups are UNAVAILABLE at our Dufferin Mall location. Our delectable cakes are exclusively crafted by our talented artisans at Richmond Hill facility, a decision made with utmost care to prevent any potential damage during the shipping and handling process between two stores.

To ensure you can enjoy our cakes at your convenience, we offer local delivery services directly to your doorstep through trusted third-party companies. Deliveries are scheduled from Tuesday to Sunday (No deliveries on Mondays), and the exact timing may vary depending on your specific delivery area, as well as factors like traffic and weather conditions. Should you need your cake for an event in the morning or early afternoon, we kindly recommend scheduling the delivery for the evening before your event, or choosing the "Express Morning Delivery" if you are within the specified area. This will guarantee that your cake arrives on time, allowing you to savour the sweet delight without any concerns.

For houses and townhouses, our drivers will drop off the cake at a visible place in front of your door and ring the bell at least once. However, we are not responsible for any damages or theft that may occur due to circumstances such as "nobody home" or "broken doorbell."

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as heavy traffic, bad weather, personal emergencies, and other similar situations. During major holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas Eve, the delivery window may be extended to a longer period. We apologize for any delays and will make every effort to resolve the situation.

For condo and apartment residents, the delivery person will contact you via the phone number you provided during checkout upon arrival. We will ONLY deliver to the lobby of the complex, so please be present at the lobby for pickup. Our delivery will only be attempted once, and if we are unable to reach you or the address is incorrect, we will move on to the next stop. Any re-deliveries may incur a fee.
